Facts of India Independence day –

What did Tilaks Swaraj meant?

Tilak was a person of High moral character and the believer of the Vedenta. The word, swaraj was deciphered and drawn from Indian Vedas. Its spiritual meaning is attainment of self-realisation. Where a person works for the betterment of the world without involving his personal gains. The ideology of Mr. Tilak can be understood from his various quotes. One of the relevant quotes –

To quote him, “If man seeks unity with the Deity, he must necessarily seek unity with the interests of the world also, and work for it. If he does not, then the unity is not perfect, because there is union between two elements out of the 3 (man and Deity) and the third (the world) is left out. I have thus solved the question for myself and I hold that serving the world, and thus serving His will, is the surest way of Salvation, and this way can be followed by remaining in the world and no going away from it.”

Did India Got Total Independence or “Puran Swaraj”on 15th August 1947 ?

The India got its Independence on 15th August 1947, in the midnight of 14th and 15th of August, 1947. The independence can be termed as a partial independence but not the total One. It was basically transfer of Powers by the orders of,” His Majesty’

Clement Attlee, the Contemporary Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, on 20th February 1947 announced that the British Government would grant Full Self- Government to British India, by 30th June 1948, at the latest. He furthermore added that the future of the princely states was to be decided further after the self- independence of India.

It was the prerogative of the British Government to transfer the Powers in the safe hands, whom they recognised to be the safest. For the Governance of Republic of India.  Thus, the Congress was selected by the British government. For the transfer of Power, Pandit Nehru and Mhd Jinnha signed the declarations and the relevant papers with Lord Mountbatten.

Inspiring Relevant Facts of India Independence day-

Republic of India, a Dominion State after 15th August 1947.

Republic of India was thus recognised as Dominion of the British Government. This also paved way to India’s Participation like other colonial subjugates of the Britishers, to participate in Commonwealth Games. The commonwealth games are organised and played among the British subjugate who still realise that they are Dominion of the British Governance.

India, hence due to its ‘Dominion’ status, can be termed of having partial independence only granted for not less than 99 years, from the date of granted Dominion, “within the British Empire”. Furthermore, these Dominions are required to remain within commonwealth and recognise His Majesty’s, sovereign governance, as the head of the commonwealth, also.

HENCE INDIA’S INDEPENDENCE SEEMS NOT PRUDENT ENOUGH TILL IT REFORMS THE CONSTITUTION AS DID CANADA, TO STOP BEING A DOMINION.

Dominant facts which Advocate DOMINION Status of India-

The Prevalent Judiciary system, various laws, including that Labor law, Contract law, land laws, Taxation laws etc. Clearly mark their recognition of British India Era, but which are unfortunately dictated in today’s India, also. Same is that with the reputed IPS and IAS exams and the Indian Penal Code and related Policing culture of India. These further inherit a strong conviction of the DOMINION status of India and India still following the guidelines of the British constitution.

Hence the claim of the Indian Independence on 15th August 1947 seems weird.

India’s Independence considering the contemporary World order and condition-

Lord Mountbatten Convinced Mr. Winston Churchill and Clement Attlee for transferring Power to the Indian Governance, on midnight of 14-15th August 1947. He maintained that it was after the world war and due to the surging belief of Indian masses on Subash Chandra Bose’s policy, that masses of India may cause rebellion.

Undoubtedly the weakening of the British Power after the world war-2, the advocacy of the United States of America to make Britishers leave colonial rule in India and emergence of USA AND USSR , as new powers, after Post world war-2 Period furthermore positioned India’s demand of self-governance.

Most importantly the Prime minister Mr. Clement Atlee was very quick and clear to mention that he wanted Lord Mountbatten to make sure that the Britishers are safely drawn out from the misadventures position likely to be cause mass massacre during the partition of Bharat to Republic of India and Islamic republic of Pakistan.

In addition Mountbatten also wanted to designate himself the highest Post of Navvy which was otherwise vacant after his father’s retirement. And Probably he was in Haste, also.

India’s Independence considering Astrology-

Lord Mountbatten was very clear that 15TH August 1947 was very inauspicious day for the masses of India. While 15th August was very much lucky for him as he made Japanese Army to surrender, in 1945 during world war 2.

Many Astrologers from India requested him to postpone the date. They further advocated that the India, if given the independence of this very time and date will face floods, draughts, communal riots, and will remain perturbed by one or the other reason, but he convinced the governance of his majesty, to grant Independence to Republic of India.

To conclude

Finally India was granted Independence on midnight of 14-15th August, 1947 and since than Indians celebrate Independence hardly caring about the facts behind the independence because they hardly upkeep what will British governance do with those piece of paper, termed as documents regarding  transfer of power against the blistering Indians who will till than acquire all power and courage to face the challenges, if any one calls them for yet another subjugation.
